Climate Perks is undergoing a rebrand

From January 2026, Climate Perks will be known simply as ‘Sustainable Travel Leave’ under the Possible brand (Possible is the charity behind Climate Perks).

This was the most popular option amongst members, and we feel this new framing will make it more likely for the policy to become ‘mainstream’ and make it more appealing to large employers, including within the public sector.

What this means going forward

What will change:

  • ‘Climate Perks’ as a brand will be retired, and from 2026 we’ll be using Possible’s logo and branding and promoting the initiative simply as ’Sustainable Travel Leave’.

  • We’ll launch a new website which advocates for a Sustainable Travel Leave policy, and the current Climate Perks website will be decommissioned.

  • You will be able to access a new ‘Sustainable Travel Employer’ accreditation.

  • Your members’ portal will be hosted on the new website, and the URL you currently use will redirect to the new portal. It will be password protected and we’ll share the password with you ahead of the website going live.

  • We’ll focus more on changing policy and legislation, to incentivise and reward employers who implement / have implemented a sustainable travel leave policy (that’s you!)

  • We’ll also be launching a new version of the scheme for business travel - incentivising colleagues to choose flight-free travel instead of flights for business travel. Please get in touch if this could be of interest to you. (More information will be featured on the new website too)

What won’t change:

  • Your policy.

  • Our service and the support available to your HR team.

  • The additional benefits you have access to, including 1:1 support for any colleague planning a flight-free trip, the suite of exclusive discounts, and this monthly newsletter.
